Never Google a dealer name and click a result. This is how most people get scammed. Fake sites clone real TD names, designs, and even product photos.
Always get TD URLs from forum sources: RWI sub-forums, r/RepTime wiki, or Reptime Radar's verified dealer directory.
- Prices significantly below market (50% off is always a scam) - No WhatsApp/Telegram contact (real TDs are reachable on messaging apps) - Requests Western Union to a personal name - No QC photo process - Generic auto-reply emails - "AAA quality" or "1:1 perfect replica" marketing language - Google Ads or Instagram promotion (real TDs don't advertise this way)
Forum TDs (verified by RWI, RWG, RepGeek) have accountability: their status can be revoked if they scam buyers. This is your primary protection.
Non-TD sellers (Reddit DMs, Instagram, WhatsApp forwards) have zero accountability. Even if they deliver once, there's no recourse if something goes wrong.
DHGate sellers have platform buyer protection but quality is "shitter" tier. Fine for $50-100 budget watches, not for super clones.
Reptime Radar tracks known scam URLs for each dealer. When viewing a dealer profile, you'll see verified URLs (green) and flagged scam URLs (red). Always cross-reference before sending money.
